Adam spent the majority of his career in the Information Technology field and decided to venture into landscaping when he realized the landscaping industry needed to be brought into the 21st Century. The constant complaints in landscaping have boiled down to 3 major issues. 1. Lack of Communication, 2. Crews not showing up on time and 3. Work performed was not what was expected. Thus Ecosphere was born to not only solve the issues listed above, but to assemble the best team in the industry to bring outstanding customer service and quality of work. Melissa Miscavage
Controller
Melissa spent the majority of her career as a commercial insurance underwriter and the skills she acquired in the insurance industry have been invaluable for Ecosphere. Her plate is full on a daily basis managing Ecosphere's business compliance, insurance, AP, AR, safety and spearheading company initiates to help us continually improve as we strive to be the best in the industry.
Christie Douglas
Office Manager
Christie is essentially our "Air Traffic Controller" making sure that operations is fullfilling the promises we have made to each and every customer we work with. From Scheduling to Human Resources, Christie does it all. Say "Hi" to Christie when you call in to setup an estimate!
Michael Garvey
Area Manager
Mike has has 25 years experience in the landscape industry and is always striving for excellence on a daily basis. He is also ALCA certified and is certified in Quality Control and Quality Assurance. He treats each property he manages as if it were his own and is constantly in communication with his crews and customers to make sure everyone is aware of what is being worked on or if there are any issues that need to be addressed.
